Job Responsibilities

  • Experience in Interior Works will get preference
  • Construction Project Management.
  • Supervision of construction work.
  • Prepare the cost estimate of various civil works.
  • Prepare the monthly materials requirement status & co-ordination with the purchase department to ensure the quality of the construction materials.
  • Prepare sub-contractors bill as physical work quantity.
  • Ensure the quality and quantity for all types of structural and finishing materials.
  • Prepare progress report and work program of the project.
  • Estimations, Prepare BOQ, Analysis of rate & Quantities.
  • Verifying engineering applications by conducting tests and inspections, building and analyzing models.
  • Preparing construction estimates and determining cost breakdowns to ensure projects are completed within budget.
  • Prepare time schedule for all types of work.
  • Expertise in AutoCAD 2D, 3D
  • Candidates with Motor Bikes will be given preference.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering with relevant experience.
  • Skills Required: Autocad 2D 3D, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Mricrosoft Project

  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Civil Construction, Interior Design

Additional Requirements

  • Age at least 25 years
  • Candidates who are self-driven & motivated; able to work independently are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidate must have the mindset to work anywhere in the country.
  • Fluency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to liaise with suppliers and obtain competitive pricing and prepare rate analysis.
  • Excellent PR skills with Clients’/ Consultants’ representatives.
  • Excellent teamwork skills, flexibility and Punctuality.
  • Must be flexible with working extended hours following project requirements.
  • Able to cope with high work pressure & bear work responsibilities smoothly.
  • Professional behavior, honesty & Integrity is highly expected.
  • Energetic, hard worker having capability to manage construction site efficiently.
  • Any other engineering tasks assigned by the top management.
  • Commitment to continue for at least 2 years.
